I never received my message?

If you were expecting a message and never received it – please check the following:

Firstly, do you have a Digital Postbox account? You must sign-up to the Digital Postbox in order to receive messages.

Check your “My Senders” page. This page allows you to configure which public bodies can or cannot send you messages.

Finally, contact the sender directly to ask them to confirm they actually sent you the message and to ensure they have your correct PPSN, email address and date of birth. This information is used to send you the message.
